Dan Delurey has been an environmentalist since he was a teenager and continued that throughout his career as he has moved through his own generational “phases.” He was involved in a number of “firsts” in clean energy and climate policies and programs and is the original author of many provisions in federal legislation, including one that was cited by the Supreme Court Justices as evidence in a win for clean energy. He served as Director of Clean Energy in the White House, and is a frequent speaker at COPs, Climate Weeks, and Davos.

The Radio Show

For several years Dan has been an on-air clean energy and climate expert on the NPR Affiliate WAMC in Albany, NY. He regularly appears on a program called VoxPop, a live listener-call-in show where he responds to questions ranging from the future of nuclear power to buying an EV to installing home batteries.
